We are graduates of AMS's Instructor Academy.  We are also experienced and active Instructors and Field Consultants who are ready to provide your TEP with knowledgeable, reliable, honest, and authentic Montessori pedagogy.   We teach courses in person, via Zoom or via a hybrid approach.  Courses we teach include, but are not limited to:

As instructors, we use innovative learning techniques to engage adult learners (ALs) and incorporate their experiences. We explore Dr. Montessori's vast body of work with ALs by approaching learning with:

• Joy 

• an ABAR/Inclusion Lens

• Collaboration

• Patience 

• Tapping into the ALs lived and worked experiences and

• Fostering a deep understanding of the developmental stages in early childhood.

 

Through our proven pedagogy styles, we create safe spaces for ALs to absorb the information, make mistakes, share, be heard, and be seen. This all-encompassing approach allows them to embark on their spiritual transformations to become Montessori Guides. During this time, we establish respectful and trusting relationships between ALs and us, creating familiarity for field visits, like a friend stopping by for a chat.
