Mentoring for New & Seasoned Montessori Guides

Outstanding Montessori Teacher Education Programs provide exceptional training for their Adult Learners. However, what do you do after you have gained the knowledge and mastered the lessons in the training programs? ​Being a Montessori Guide can be joyful yet overwhelming. Caring for and fulfilling the needs of the very young can weigh heavily on anyone who cares deeply for the children. The Montessori Blossoming Team members have all been there. Whether setting up the classroom for the first time, feeling “stuck,” needing advice on addressing parent concerns, assisting with peer relationships, understanding and applying the Montessori method, or simply needing to be heard and seen, we know what you are experiencing. Our real-life working teacher-mentors of the Montessori Blooming Team are experienced and skilled to mentor you in conversations and techniques. Your Montessori Blooming mentors will establish a mentee and mentor relationship for listening and questioning existing methods. We will guide you in diving deep, thinking laterally, assessing new options, and getting you back on track to being an effective Montessorian.  Our Montessori Blooming mentors are here to support you beyond your teacher training.
